1. License Grant and Restrictions

Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to access the software. Usage is subject to the following strict prohibitions:

No Reverse Engineering: Any attempt to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software is strictly prohibited.

Debugging & Analysis: The use of debuggers, packet sniffers, or any monitoring tools in conjunction with the software is a violation of these terms.

Leaking & Distribution: Sharing, leaking, or distributing any files, credentials, or proprietary information related to the software will result in immediate termination of access.

Warning: Detected attempts to debug, reverse engineer, or leak the software will result in an immediate and permanent hardware-id (HWID) suspension without the possibility of appeal.

2. Account Security and License Transfer

Your license is tied to your specific hardware and account credentials.

Personal Use Only: The software is for your personal use. You may not lend, rent, or lease your account to any third party.

No License Transfers: Transferring your license to another person, including friends or family members, is strictly forbidden.

Consequences: Any evidence of account sharing or attempted license transfer will lead to a permanent ban of the account and associated licenses.

3. Refund Policy and Chargebacks

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final.

No Refunds: Once the software has been accessed or the license key activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Chargeback Policy: Any attempt to initiate a dispute or chargeback through a payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Credit Card) will be viewed as fraud.

Life-Long Suspension: Initiating a chargeback will result in a permanent, life-long suspension from our services and a blacklist of your payment details across our network.

4. Modifications to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms of Service at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice to the user.

Immediate Application: Any changes made to this agreement will take effect immediately upon being posted or updated and will apply to all current and active users.

User Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to check these terms periodically for updates.

Continued Use: Continued use of the software after any changes are posted constitutes your explicit acceptance of the new, updated terms. If you do not agree with the modified terms, you must cease using the software immediately.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the software at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated any part of this agreement.

Permanent Bans: Suspensions for violating the terms regarding reverse engineering, leaking, sharing, or chargebacks are final and non-negotiable.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

The software is provided "as-is." We are not responsible for any game-side bans, hardware malfunctions, or data loss that may occur as a result of using this software. Users assume all risks associated with the use of third-party tools in a live gaming environment.
